CULE.Net Learning Edition (LE) is a free version of  the CULE.Net compiler designed especially for people of all ages interested in learning to program with the easy to learn yet state-of-the-art CULE language.  It is equally well suited for academic settings in primary, secondary and post-secondary schools, and for self-study from home.

The Learning Edition includes:

• The CULE.Net command line compiler implementing the full CULE language specification on the .Net platform.
• The CULE Standard Function Library containing 100s of general purpose functions
• The CULE Clipper Function Library containing dozens of Clipper compatible functions
• The CULE Visual Objects Function Library containing dozens of Visual Objects compatible functions
• Built-in DBF support including support for Clipper compatible (NTX) and FoxPro compatible (CDX) index file formats and locking schemes
• A comprehensive electronic CULE Language Reference documentation set
• A professional installer
• A collection of sample CULE.Net programs

In keeping with its intended purpose as a learning tool rather than a professional software development tool, CULE.Net LE does not support :

• The generation of .DLLs.  CULE.Net LE supports the output of .EXE assemblies only. 
• The compiler will not support the strong-name signing of the .EXE assemblies it produces
• The compiler will have restrictions on the size of .EXE that can be generated
